Bow River South refers to the conventional heavy crude production gathered south of Duchess, Alberta and delivered to terminals at the South end of the Bow River pipeline system in Milk River, Alberta. Bow River South is 23 to 24 API, 2.75 wt% sulphur conventional heavy crude stream with a long history. As a gathered production stream, Bow River South is connected to, and takes deliveries from, multiple producers' facilities.
