PalmPilot Database

For your convenience, we have created a handheld database for use on your PDA (Palm Pilot, Handspring, IPAQ, ...) running PalmOS 3.0 or higher. It contains the average properties of both light and heavy crudes. We have compacted the database significantly so that the combined program and data only use 19K of memory!!!

Note: As of April 2005, several new crudes were added to the database. In order to view these new crudes, you will need to download and install both the program and the database at this time. You will only need to do this once. Once the update has been completed, the About CrudeMon screen should read that you are using version 2.0. We apologize for any inconvenience.

1. Extract the contents of the zip file. Remember where you put them.
2. Open your Palm Desktop software.
3. Click Install (on the left hand side)
4. Add both the extracted prc and pdb files to the list.
5. Click Done.
6. Place the PDA onto the cradle and press the HotSync button.
7. On the PDA, you can now run the CrudeMon program.

1. Click on the link above to download the PDB file. Remember where you stored it (recommend Desktop).
2. Open your Palm Desktop software.
3. Click Install (on the left hand side)
4. Add the pdb file to the list.
5. Click Done.
6. Place the PDA onto the cradle and press the HotSync button.
7. On the PDA, you now have the latest data for the CrudeMon program.
